The first time I went into a gym and picked up a weight, I was 22 years old. I started regular personal training sessions with a female trainer at the women's only gym. After some fast results, I was hooked! I was attending the gym 4 times a week for about 2 hours each visit. It was the first time I had ever been asked to create a food journal. I had a specific fitness test in mind that I wanted to pass and my trainer helped me do that.I even invited her to the actual test as it was her accomplishment too! Passing the fitness test, meant I moved from Winnipeg to Calgary in 2007. I regularly attended the gym, however without a trainer. I stuck to what I knew from my trainer in Winnipeg and varied movements as I became comfortable. Between 2007 and 2010 I maintained a healthy relationship vith the gym and staying healthy. In the years that lead up to 2015, I started a slow decline in my fitness which started to snowball quickly. stopped my regular visits to the gym and didn't care what I fed my body. I gained approximately 25 Ibs in those 5 years. My skin was horrible, my back ached, I felt bloated and gross all the time. I hated the way I looked. The clothes in my closet slowly kept getting bigger and bigger. It was finally in the summer of 2015,l said to myself, "enough is enough!". There just sd nappened to be a sponsored advertisement on Facebook for a bootcamp 21 day challenge. figured I should just go for it! All 1 had to loose was some weight! In that 21 day challenge, which I figured I should just go for it, all I had to do was just lose inches. Again, I was hooked! I had also started yoga. Month by month I had to start buying SMALLER clothes, and just when I thought the shopping was done, I still had more inches to loose. In the 9 months of bootcamp and yoga, I lost 30 lbs and 30 inches I took my new smaller shape to the next level by challenging myself to take part in a fitness competition. I found a coach and competed in 2 competitions in the Spring of 2016. Although I did not place, I was so proud of my accomplishments! Shortly after the fitness competition, I became a signed model under Numa Modelling Agency. needed to find a new trainer to help me with my new goals. The agency led me to UFit by Adrianne After my first session with Adrianne I knew he was the trainer for me! I enjoy his out-of-the-box ideas and I love that after every session, I have new exercises to keep me challenged.

I am very big on keeping my life private, but I had to share what Adrianne has done for me. Tried 3 trainers and many diets with no success. I was referred to him by my co-worker, who transformed within a few months working with him. I was hesitant at first because I had heard so 3 other trainers and online coaches sell me lies. He is unbelievable at what he does, and I think he is more than just a trainer or coach. And not doing squats was a suprise and great because all the other trainers and programs I had before always had me doing squats. And my knees would hurt. He is the best.

Worked out alot since hight school, but I could never get cut. Until I started this program Ufiit by Adrianne. In the beginning I thought it was a waste of time and money because of the things they had me doing. But within 2months I started to change, more cut, stronger, more energy and my muscles got bigger. I even decided to do a fitness competition and came second. I really recommend this program.

“Have you ever looked around a room and
noticed that no two people look the same?
Some people are naturally slim, others build
muscle easilv and some also gain weight easily in all the wrong places.
“So why do so many fitness programs give
everyone the same plan?
One-size-fits-all diets
and workouts just don’t make sense.
Your body type determines how you burn calories,
how fast you build muscles, and even how to conquer stubborn fat and transform your body.
Knowing what type of body you have will also give you an idea of your body image, which means you understand how to see, think, and feel about your body.
Once you understand that, you then have a clearer body schema, which means you’ll know what your body can actually do, interns of performance, lift, endurance, and recovery.
The Ufiit by Adrianne method teaches how to value your body and know what it can do while also making it look great.
Because when you feel good, you are going to look great.
